Role Description The Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading a sales team focused on personal loan products, including setting daily targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

The Team

Leader will oversee lead allocation, track conversion rates, and implement sales strategies aligned with FinCrif’s digital marketplace model. Daily activities include coaching and mentoring team members, resolving complex customer queries, coordinating with banking and NBFC partners, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports,



analyzing data to improve processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and customer acquisition in retail lending or personal loan products.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including performance tracking, coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, including handling objections, resolving escalations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including data interpretation, sales forecasting, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in financial services, banking, NBFCs, or digital lending platforms is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role in sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to evolving digital processes and technologies.
