- Lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through effective coaching, guidance, and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates by providing training programs, addressing performance issues, and promoting employee engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, shrinkage, cross-selling/up-selling ratios to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in insurance sales or related field with expertise in outbound calling/telesales.
- Robust understanding of subject matter expertise in insurance products/services.
- Proven track record of leading teams effectively with excellent communication skills.
