Job Purpose: As a Team Lead Travel Consultant, you will drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service by managing end-to-end travel bookings and providing tailored travel solutions. You will handle client interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences. This role requires strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Tasks:

Client Consultation & Sales:

- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Design and recommend tailored holiday packages and travel solutions.
- Drive sales conversions through effective up-selling and cross-selling of travel services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.

Booking & Operations Management:

- Assist in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements.
- Process and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requests.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

- Handle complex customer inquiries and provide quick, professional resolutions.




- Maintain service quality standards and ensure all client interactions reflect the brands commitment to excellence.

Market Awareness & Process Improvement:

- Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities for improving service efficiency and client experience.
- Contribute insights to enhance travel packages, promotions, and business strategies.

Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in travel consulting, customer service, or sales within the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of travel booking systems and reservation processes.
