Domain: Banking experience mandatory; Transaction Banking experience preferred

Role Summary

- We are looking for Team Leads / Senior QAs to manage assigned Functional UAT Testing workstreams and supervise junior testers.

- Manage one or more UAT workstreams and coordinate daily testing activities.

- Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, test data, and expected results.

- Lead testing for Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, VAM, Client Onboarding.

- Ensure coverage of positive, negative, exception, rejection, reversal, retry, and reconciliation scenarios.

- Assign tasks to testers and monitor execution progress.

- Coordinate with business users, developers, product owners, and other technology teams.

- Review and raise defects with clear steps, expected results, actual results, impact, and evidence.

- Manage retesting and regression testing after defect fixes.

- Provide regular status updates, highlight blockers, and escalate risks to the Project Lead.





- Mentor and support Junior QA team members.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in QA, UAT, Functional Testing, or banking technology projects.

Domain Experience

Banking-domain experience is mandatory.

Transaction

Banking experience in Payments, Collections, Cash Management, Liquidity, VAM, Onboarding, CRM, or Digital Banking is preferred.

Requirements

- Solid manual and functional testing experience.

- Knowledge of test case preparation, defect management, regression testing, and UAT execution.

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools.

- General automation-testing exposure is an advantage.

- Good communication, organisation, analytical, and team-management skills.
