About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader to manage a team and drive B2B Motor Insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Insurance Motor Sales or Motor Dealer Sales, along with excellent team management, partner relationship, and business development skills.

The role involves building strategic relationships with corporate clients, automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners while driving business growth across the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and support a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Drive new business sourcing and increase Motor Insurance sales through the B2B channel.
- Monitor team and partner performance and conduct regular reviews to improve productivity.
- Provide training, guidance, and sales support to team members and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies to ensure smooth business operations.




- Focus on partner retention, business growth, and long-term relationship management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the Mumbai motor insurance market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in General Insurance Motor Sales or Motor Dealer Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and the automobile dealer ecosystem.
- Good understanding of the Mumbai motor dealer market and RTO dynamics.
- Proven experience in team management, B2B sales, partner management, and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in Motor Insurance, General Insurance, or Motor Dealer Sales.
- Experience managing sales teams and channel partners will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance will be an added advantage, although Motor Insurance experience is essential.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing aggressive business targets.
