Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sultanpur, responsible for supervising and guiding a team to ensure efficient day-to-day logistics operations. This role involves planning and allocating resources, monitoring delivery performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high service levels for partner brands.

The Team Lead

Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track key performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. The role includes coaching and developing team members, conducting regular reviews,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The individual will also support reporting and documentation, contribute to operational planning, and uphold Shadowfax’s commitment to speed, reliability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills, including performance monitoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in operations or logistics management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and optimize on-ground processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using data and basic tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) for decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with delivery partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet operational targets and timelines.
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery or supply chain operations within the Indian market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sultanpur and adapt to flexible schedules based on operational requirements.
