Role: Front End Developer (React) Location: 100% Remote (Client is in Minnesota)Duration: 6-12+ months + Potential extensions Work Timings: (3PM – 12AM IST) OR (4PM – 1AM IST)Must Have:6+ years of professional front-end development experienceCurrent React + TypeScript expert level skillsExperience working in and maintaining long-lived production codebasesStrong understanding of React interactions with APIs and real-time events/client-server communicationExperience improving front-end applications, not just executing ticketsAbility to write, review, and maintain automated tests to identify and prevent bugsStrong ability to take ambiguous requirements and translate them into transparent technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and actionable workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPlus:Experience with Vite and modern React development practicesFamiliarity with Azure DevOpsExperience with cloud-based CI/CD pipelinesExperience using or extending AI-assisted coding/development toolsBackground in industrial engineering, equipment engineering, or industrial technologyExperience working across multiple development teams or product areas
