Job Description: Lead – Governance & Reporting (PMC Background)

Role Objective

n

To drive end-to-end governance, structured reporting, and digital transformation across multiple

n

project portfolio, enabling leadership visibility, timely decision-making, and execution discipline

n

across land, statutory, procurement, and construction workstreams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Governance & Review Management

n

n

n
- Design and institutionalize weekly and monthly review frameworks across all projects
n
- Organize and anchor:
n
- Weekly project reviews (execution tracking)
n
- Monthly governance reviews (leadership level)
n
- Ensure structured agenda, data readiness, and actionable MoMs with transparent ownerships
n
- Track closure of action items and escalate critical delays
n

n

n

2. Cross-functional Coordination

n

n

n
- Act as a central governance SPOC across:
n
- Land acquisition
n
- Statutory approvals
n
- Equipment procurement & delivery
n
- Construction progress
n
- Consultant onboarding & deliverables
n
- Drive inter-departmental alignment and remove execution bottlenecks
n
- Maintain integrated master trackers for all projects
n

n

n

3. MIS, Reporting & Leadership Communication

n

n
- Prepare and publish:
n
- Weekly MIS for Governance & CEO Office
n
- Monthly dashboards for Chairman’s Office
n
- Deliver concise,



decision-oriented reporting:
n
- Risks, delays, and mitigation plans
n
- Critical dependencies and approvals required
n
- Standardize reporting formats across all projects
n

4. Digital Transformation & Data Strategy

n

n
- Lead digitisation initiatives for projects team
n
- Define and implement Digital Roadmap:
n
- Project tracking tools (dashboards, PMIS, BI tools)
n
- Automated reporting systems
n
- Data integration across departments
n
- Improve transparency, real-time monitoring, and analytics capability
n

n

n

Key Deliverables

- Weekly project review dashboards (all projects)
n
- Weekly CEO MIS (structured, concise, risk-focused)
n
- Monthly Chairman dashboard (high-level, strategic view)
n
- Integrated project tracker (land, statutory, EPC, procurement, consultants)
n
- Digital roadmap and implementation plan
n

n

Preferred Profile

n

n
- Background in PMC / EPC / Industrial project management
n
- Experience in large-scale industrial / manufacturing projects
n
- Strong exposure to:
n
- Multi-project governance
n
- Leadership reporting
n
- Cross-functional coordination
n

n

n

Experience

n

10–15 years in project management / PMC / program governance roles

n

Experience handling multi-project portfolios is essential
