Money Culture is looking for a passionate Financial Literacy Teacher to teach school students and create engaging educational content.

? Role: Financial Literacy Teacher

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Financial Literacy to students from Grades 5–10 through live online classes
- Explain concepts such as saving, budgeting, spending, banking, investing, insurance and financial planning in an age-appropriate manner
- Conduct engaging, activity-based and practical lessons
- Record video lectures and educational modules
- Create lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, quizzes and other learning resources
- Develop content for textbooks, workbooks and digital learning platforms
- Use real-life examples, stories, activities and case studies to make financial concepts relatable
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of learning content
- Maintain a positive, engaging and professional online classroom environment

? Ideal Candidate
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business, Management, Education or a related field
- Teaching/training experience preferred
- Robust understanding of personal finance and financial literacy




- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable teaching and recording lectures on camera
- Confident using PowerPoint, Canva and online teaching platforms
- Creative and capable of explaining complex financial concepts in a simple, student-friendly way
- Passionate about working with school students

⭐ Good to Have
- B.Ed./teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Grades 5–10
- Financial literacy certification
- Experience creating educational videos or e-learning content
- Experience developing school curriculum, textbooks or worksheets
