Role Overview

Zuvio Global School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher with a strong background in online education. The candidate should be skilled in delivering engaging live classes, creating digital learning resources and supporting students with different learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive and engaging online classes for assigned subjects and grades.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, activities and assessments.
- Use digital tools, quizzes, games and projects to make learning interesting.
- Monitor student attendance, participation and academic progress.
- Assess student understanding and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Conduct remedial and personalised support classes when required.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops and school events.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and improvement.
- Maintain a positive,



inclusive and disciplined virtual classroom environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of teaching experience in an online school.
- Experience teaching students through live virtual classrooms.
- Understanding of CBSE-mapped, NEP 2020 and NCF-aligned curriculum practices.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, Google Workspace, MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Solid written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging digital academic content.
- Patient, creative, organised and student-focused approach.
- Comfortable working on-site at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.

Preferred Skills
- Experience teaching K–8 learners.
- Understanding of inclusive education and personalised learning.
- Ability to manage students from diverse locations and backgrounds.
- Experience in online assessments, lesson planning and student progress tracking.
