Teachers, Educators, Curriculum & Instructional Design Experts. Remote AI Project

We are seeking experienced teachers, educators, curriculum specialists, instructional designers, assessment professionals, special education experts, tutors, and higher-education professionals to help improve advanced AI systems.

You will use your real-world education experience to create realistic teaching scenarios, evaluate AI-generated educational content, and provide structured feedback based on sound pedagogy, grade-level appropriateness, curriculum standards, and classroom practice.

What You’ll Do

- Create realistic education tasks based on your day-to-day professional experience
- Develop lesson plans, unit plans, assessments, grading rubrics, interventions, accommodations, and instructional materials
- Review AI-generated educational content for accuracy, quality, and pedagogical soundness
- Evaluate whether materials are appropriate for the intended grade level, subject, and learner population
- Review alignment with Common Core, NGSS, state standards, discipline-specific standards, or curriculum frameworks
- Compare multiple AI-generated responses and determine which is stronger
- Evaluate grading, feedback, differentiation, scaffolding, and instructional strategies
- Create structured examples showing how experienced educators reason through classroom and instructional decisions
- Identify factual errors, weak pedagogy, inappropriate difficulty, unclear instructions, or poor assessment design
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI-generated educational work
- Collaborate remotely and asynchronously with a research team

Requirements

- 3+ years of qualified education experience in teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, assessment, special education, tutoring, educational technology, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, a subject-matter field, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of teaching, learning, assessment, or instructional design
- Ability to evaluate whether educational content is accurate and appropriate for learners
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to explain educational decisions clearly and professionally
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable reviewing and evaluating AI-generated educational content

Preferred Qualifications

- State teaching license or certification
- National Board Certification
- MEd, MAT, EdS, EdD, PhD, or subject-specific Master’s degree
- Experience developing curriculum or instructional materials
- Experience designing assessments or rubrics
- Experience reviewing or mentoring other educators
- Experience leading curriculum, instruction, academic programs, or teacher development
- Experience with educational research or evidence-based pedagogy
- Experience with online learning, digital curriculum, or educational technology
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, rubric-based assessment, data annotation, educational content review, or quality assurance
