: F5 Load Balancer Engineer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, administer, and support F5 BIG-IP LTM environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot virtual servers, pools, monitors, SNATs, NATs, iRules, and SSL profiles.
- Perform application load balancing and traffic management activities.
- Handle SSL certificate installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor F5 infrastructure performance and ensure high availability.
- Implement changes, upgrades, and patch management for F5 devices.
- Troubleshoot network and application connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in incident, problem,



and change management processes.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM.
- Positive understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, NAT, and networking concepts.
- Experience in configuring iRules, health monitors, persistence profiles, and VIPs.
- Knowledge of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery configurations.
- Experience with troubleshooting application delivery and load balancing issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
