- Lead and mentor EUC engineers, desktop support analysts, and technical specialists.
- Involve in shift management and resource management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development activities.
- Act as the escalation point for critical EUC incidents.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
- Identify automation opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Good knowledge of ITIL and preferably ITIL certified.
- Ready to work in 24*7 environment.
- 6-8 Years of experience in Remote EUC.
- Knowledge of Nexthink and good knowledge in Intune.
- Aware of vulnerability management.
- Valuable knowledge of ITIL.
