Job Title: EUC Tools / SCOM Administrator

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) infrastructure.
- Configure and manage monitoring solutions for servers, applications, and network devices.
- Develop and maintain SCOM management packs, alerts, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform proactive health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related incidents and escalations.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure optimal monitoring coverage.
- Support production environments and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.




- Automate routine monitoring and operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Ensure compliance with operational SLAs and support documentation standards.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCOM administration and monitoring.
- Experience in Windows Server administration and monitoring.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, applications, storage, and networks.
- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Valuable knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
