Responsibilities





- Collating Income Tax Returns, Extensions and Miscellaneous Information Returns
- SafeSend Assembly including SafeSend Delivery to the client
- E-filing and timely addressing e-file rejections and schema validation errors
- 1099, 1042, 8027 processing and e-filing
- Verifying Return and Extension e-file acceptance and saving E-file Confirmations in CCH Document
- Saving signed e-file authorizations in CCH Document
- Setting up new clients in tax-related systems – Axcess Tax, XCM (CCH Workflow), Avalara, etc.
- XCM Due Date List Maintenance, setting up tasks in XCM, updating staffing at the client level in XCM, updating Client Groups in XCM
- Creating SurePrep Binders
- SurePrep Verification

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively handle stressful situations
