Job Summary:

Responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing transactions using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.

- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expense entries.

- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

- Maintain cash and bank records.

- Assist with GST and TDS calculations and documentation.

- Prepare and maintain financial reports and MIS.

- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.

- Assist in audit and statutory compliance activities.

Skills Required:

- Solid proficiency in Tally Prime.





- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.

- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.

- Solid attention to accuracy and detail.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.

- 1–5 years of experience as a Tally Accountant / Accountant.

- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience handling complete day-to-day accounting.

- Knowledge of GST returns and taxation is an added advantage.

- Experience working with accounting firms, SMEs, trading, manufacturing, or service companies preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
