Function: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, primarily Sales Profiles.

- Manage sales hiring across field sales, GT/MT, ASM, Sales Executive, Area Manager, etc.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.

- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews.

- Manage offer negotiation, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring pipelines.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in Sales Hiring.

- FMCG recruitment experience preferred.

- Robust sourcing experience through Naukri/LinkedIn and other portals.

- Good communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented with ability to handle multiple positions and quick closures.

- Candidates currently based in or comfortable working from Gurgaon preferred.
