We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help find the right candidates for the job without any compromises.

We operate across facilities management, logistics, oil field supplies and IT & outsourcing. The job is based in Kochi and reporting to the Senior HR Manager.

This is quality of hire, not volume — qualified, management and specialist roles across four industries.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for professional, management and specialist positions.
- Role definition with hiring managers before a role is released.
- Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals and agency panels.
- Competency-based interviews, structured assessments and interview panels.
- Talent pipelines and pools, including alumni and silver-medalist candidates.
- Offer recommendations with salary benchmarking input.
- Applicant tracking and recruitment MIS — time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness.

You will run structured,



evidence-based selection rather than volume screening, and make the case for your shortlist to senior stakeholders. You will also be trusted to hold a role open rather than fill it against the clock.

WHAT WE NEED

- 3+ years in white-collar or professional recruitment, filling mid to senior roles independently
- LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search and applicant tracking proficiency
- Assessment on evidence, not resume keywords
- Written and spoken English strong enough for senior stakeholders
- Track record matters more to us than the degree.
