Role & responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 recruiters.

- Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment across lateral, bulk and campus hiring.

- Conduct structured and behavioural interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.

- Monitor recruitment TAT, pipeline and hiring progress.

- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards and reports.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders and manage hiring expectations.

- Identify recruitment challenges and implement better sourcing and screening methods.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions and proactively highlight hiring risks.
