Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist working in a target-based, consultancy workplace.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for multiple client organizations.

Responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand role requirements, creating effective job postings, building talent pipelines through various channels, and maintaining accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives,



providing regular updates and reports to clients, and meeting defined placement and performance targets.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess fit and coordinate selection processes with clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, supporting clients in presenting compelling value propositions to potential candidates.
- Proven experience in a target-based recruitment or consultancy environment, preferably handling multiple clients or high-volume roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations of both candidates and client stakeholders.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) and basic data tracking for reports and metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet defined performance and placement goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition.
