We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 9+ years of experience in US Recruitment and Global Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Handle offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong experience in US Recruitment and Global Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Notice Period: 30 days or less.
- Location: Airoli/Navi Mumbai.
