Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates from diverse backgrounds.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across multiple regions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding recent hires.

- Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 8-14 years of experience in global HR or talent acquisition with a focus on US recruitment.

- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles through various channels (e.g., social media, employee referrals).

- Strong understanding of globalization trends and their impact on employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
