Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core corporate HR functions. The role involves attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities

Corporate HR Functions

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives





- Address employee queries and grievances

- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with HR software/ATS tools

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring

- Strong stakeholder management skills
