About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. A major focus of this role will be hiring experienced and qualified Astrologers for our growing consultation platform.

Candidates who have previously recruited Astrologers, Numerologists, Tarot Readers, or professionals from the Astrology / Spiritual / Wellness industry will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilites:

70–80% – Astrologer Hiring

- Source and recruit experienced and qualified Astrologers across India
- Identify candidates through job portals, social media, communities, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates for relevant experience, communication skills, consultation ability, and overall suitability
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding
- Build and continuously maintain a robust pipeline of Astrologer talent
- Develop new sourcing channels to consistently improve the quality and volume of relevant candidates

20–30% – Other Business Hiring

- Handle recruitment for roles across Sales, Performance Marketing, Operations,



Administration, and other business functions
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-ups, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions

What We Are Looking For:

- 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Prior experience hiring Astrologers or other occult professionals is a major advantage
- Strong command over LinkedIn, job portals, social sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach
- Good communication and candidate-management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple open positions and hiring targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred

Why This Role Is Different:

This is not a generalist HR role. The primary mandate is to build a strong network and pipeline of qualified Astrologers while supporting recruitment across other functions of the business.
