Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit for India, Dubai and Singapore market Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Lead a team of recruiters to ensure efficient processing of candidate applications, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria.
- Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- Rich xperience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment).
- Proven leadership hiring experience with ability to manage a team effectively.
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
