Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for a variety of positions across client organizations. This role involves sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals; screening resumes; and conducting initial interviews to assess fit.

The recruiter will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, guide candidates through the selection process, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities.



They will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand role requirements, maintain accurate and timely data in applicant tracking systems, and provide regular updates on pipeline status. The role also includes building and nurturing talent pools, promoting an inclusive hiring process, and contributing to continuous improvements in recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to evaluate talent and support selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage candidates, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide clear updates.
- Experience working in remote, high-volume recruiting environments and using applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to build inclusive talent pipelines, understand diverse role requirements, and adapt to changing client needs is preferred.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruitment, especially within marketing, technology, or skilled services, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
