Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be interested in recruitment, have good communication skills, and be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,

and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

¢ Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills, experience, and suitability.

¢ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

¢ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

¢ Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

¢ Assist with job postings on recruitment portals.

¢ Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.

¢ Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

¢ Support the HR team in various recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Required Skills

¢ Good verbal and written communication skills.

¢ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.





¢ Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.

¢ Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.

¢ Prociency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

¢ Positive organizational and time-management skills.

¢ Ability to multitask and handle multiple requirements.

¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

¢ Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualications

¢ Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration,

Management, or a related eld.

¢ Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.

Preferred Skills

¢ Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals.

¢ Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRMS.

¢ Understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing.

¢ Previous exposure to recruitment or HR activities is an advantage.
