Role Description This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Bengaluru North.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, role definition, sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a range of corporate, manufacturing, and R&D; positions. The role involves partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, create effective job descriptions, and ensure a strong, inclusive candidate pipeline through multiple channels such as job boards, professional networks, and campus engagements.

Manager will manage relationships with external recruitment partners, monitor hiring metrics, and drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to onboarding and talent retention efforts.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles.
- Skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and external recruitment agencies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to manage pipelines and hiring metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data, track key performance indicators, and recommend improvements to hiring strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, hiring best practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
