About the Role

Petra Silicon is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities across various positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their skills, experience, and career expectations.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support offer rollouts and candidate documentation.

Maintain an active candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.





Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.

Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring activities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment reports and other assigned activities.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
