About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Graduate Fresher to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Graduate Apprentice. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate communication and understand candidate profiles.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and regularly update candidate information in the recruitment/HR system.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with interview scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking.

Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment reports and MIS.





Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining coordination.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Support other HR and employee engagement activities whenever required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts.

Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
