Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience, particularly in bulk hiring and sales recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment requirements, especially for Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Support, and other operational roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with hiring targets, managing multiple positions simultaneously, and closing candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Handle bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment for sales and operational positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.




- Specifically evaluate candidates for sales ability, communication skills, confidence, target orientation, and stability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet monthly hiring requirements.
- Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize urgent requirements.
- Negotiate offers and effectively close selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as source-wise hiring, interview-to-selection ratio, selection-to-joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
- Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Support onboarding and pre-joining formalities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Continuously improve sourcing and bulk-hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment.
- Prior experience hiring for Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, Customer Support,



or similar target-driven roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up and closing skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and strict hiring timelines.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, social media recruitment, and ATS/recruitment trackers.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a startup, e-commerce, marketplace, or sales-driven organization will be an advantage.
