Location: Kalyaninagar,Pune

Experience: 2-5 Years

Employment Type: Contractual

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automotive

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultants.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining coordination.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Non-IT hiring, preferably in Manufacturing/Automotive sectors.
- Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Note: This position is on a third-party payroll/contractual basis and will be deployed at Endurance Technologies.
