About the Role

ABP Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment for medical colleges, universities, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing medical faculty and healthcare professionals, including Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, HODs, and other academic/clinical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned medical faculty requirements.
- Understand client requirements, Job Descriptions, specialization, qualification, experience, and salary parameters.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, job portals, and professional networks.
- Search and identify suitable doctors and medical faculty according to specific specializations.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and assess:
- Educational qualifications
- Medical specialization
- Teaching experience
- Clinical experience
- Current designation
- Relevant institutional experience
- Salary expectations
- Notice period and availability
- Share relevant and client-shareable CVs within the defined TAT.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Take regular feedback from candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS/CRM.
- Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain a strong database of medical professionals across various specializations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing/submission/closure targets.




- Support the team in market mapping and talent-pool development for specialized medical positions.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in Medical Recruitment, Healthcare Recruitment, Medical Faculty Hiring, or Doctor Hiring will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail while screening candidate profiles.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
