What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional from the EdTech industry who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Sales, Counselling, Business Development, Inside Sales and other high-volume hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various EdTech roles
- Handle bulk and volume hiring for Sales, Admission Counsellor, Program Counsellor, BDE, Inside Sales and related positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, referrals and databases
- Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline




- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer and joining
- Handle salary negotiation and candidate expectations
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics
- Support lateral hiring for experienced and critical positions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- EdTech industry experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in sales and volume hiring
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, etc.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with aggressive hiring targets and tight timelines

Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
