Role Description

We are looking for a System Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career software professionals interested in working across System Software, Systems Programming, Operating Systems, Backend Development, Networking, Databases, Infrastructure, APIs, Automation, and Performance Engineering .

The System Software Engineer will work closely with IT, software, infrastructure, data, operations, production, and other business teams to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve reliable software systems and technology infrastructure supporting business and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in system software, software engineering, systems programming, backend development, infrastructure, system administration, networking, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as System Software Engineer, Software Engineer,



Systems Engineer, Backend Developer, Infrastructure Engineer, Linux Engineer, Embedded Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, System Administrator, or Application Developer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, technology, telecom, cloud, consulting, electronics, manufacturing, e-commerce, finance, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as C, C++, Python, Java, Go, Rust, C#, or similar technologies .
- Understanding of operating systems, data structures, algorithms, networking, databases, and software-development fundamentals .
- Familiarity with Linux, Unix, Windows, shell scripting, processes, threads, memory management, or system services will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, sockets, networking, APIs, and client-server architecture will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Git, GitHub, REST APIs, scripting, or automation tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, virtualization, or DevOps tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, drivers, low-level programming, or hardware-software integration will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with software, infrastructure, networking, and business teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment .
- Internship, certification, GitHub project, systems project, Linux project, coding project, hackathon, or academic project experience will be considered but is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn new systems, infrastructure, and software technologies.
