Role Description

We are looking for a System Tech Developer / System Engineer who can go beyond conventional coding.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding a business problem, converting it into system logic and then designing, developing, deploying and maintaining a scalable technology solution around it.

You will work closely with the product, operations, consulting and leadership teams to build and strengthen Finwell's technology ecosystem, including Bizzomation and future AI-powered business applications.

This role combines elements of:

Full-Stack Development + Systems Engineering + AI Integration + Automation + Infrastructure Management.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Software Development

Develop scalable web applications and business automation systems.

Build backend applications and services primarily using Python.

Develop modern user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Design databases, APIs, workflow engines and system logic.

Develop and maintain APIs for internal and third-party integrations.

Convert business processes and SOPs into executable digital workflows.

Build dashboards, approval systems, task-management modules, reporting systems and automation workflows.

Participate in architecture and systems design for new Bizzomation features.

Improve application performance, reliability, security and scalability.

Test, debug, deploy and continuously improve applications.

AI & Intelligent Automation A strong practical orientation towards AI is important for this position.

Systems Engineering & Infrastructure

Design, implement and maintain reliable technology infrastructure.

Manage servers, applications and system environments.

Monitor system performance, availability and reliability.

Manage user access, permissions and system configurations.

Diagnose and resolve system, application, hardware and network-related issues.

Implement backup, recovery and disaster-recovery practices.

Support system upgrades and infrastructure improvements.

Maintain appropriate security practices across systems and applications.

Coordinate with vendors, hosting providers and technology partners whenever required.

Support cloud, virtualization or container-based environments.

Ensure systems are capable of supporting future growth and increased user volumes.

Systems Architecture & Process Design

Understand business requirements before writing code.

Convert business requirements into technical architecture.

Map workflows, data movement, integrations and dependencies.

Design systems that reduce manual intervention.

Identify opportunities for automation across different functions.

Build reusable and scalable system components.

Participate in decisions relating to architecture, database design, integrations and product scalability.

Documentation & Governance

Document system architecture and configurations.

Maintain API and integration documentation.

Maintain development and deployment documentation.

Document backup, recovery and security procedures.

Maintain version control and appropriate development practices.

Create technical SOPs wherever required.

Ensure adequate documentation for future scalability and team expansion.
