Role Description The System Engineer Trainee will work full time in a remote capacity, supporting the technical infrastructure that powers PInterview’s online platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with system configuration, monitoring server performance, and performing routine system administration tasks under guidance.

The trainee will help diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, provide basic technical support to internal users,



and contribute to maintaining a stable and secure environment for online interview sessions. The role also involves learning and applying systems engineering and design principles, documenting procedures, and collaborating with senior engineers to implement improvements and updates.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and interest in Systems Engineering and Systems Design.
- Ability to perform basic Troubleshooting and provide effective Technical Support.
- Exposure to System Administration tasks, such as user management, configuration, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfort working remotely, with valuable time management and self-organization skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows), networking basics, and security best practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or working toward completion) preferred.
