System Administrator (3 Years Experience)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator with 1 to 2 years of experience in managing Windows and Linux server environments, network infrastructure, and IT systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure while providing technical support and implementing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux Systems.
- Monitor server health, system performance, and network availability.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing services.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and user account management.
- Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls.




- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty, and support.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal users. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365

.• Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with firewall management (Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.)
- Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Bash, or Python is preferred.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

.• 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Red Hat, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or ITIL are an advantage.
