Key responsibilities include:

- Publishing and maintaining learning content in Intellum, including creating activities, uploading SCORM packages, updating course properties, managing metadata, setting catalog access, assigning intended audiences, enabling retakes where appropriate, attaching surveys, and supporting learning path setup.

- Supporting content upload and publishing workflows in Seismic / Sales Portal, including adding content to assigned folders, managing metadata, coordinating version updates, preparing content for review, and supporting page or asset publishing within the governance framework.

- Applying publishing standards, naming conventions, templates, and required fields to ensure content is consistent, searchable, and aligned to enablement standards.

- Performing quality assurance checks before and after publishing to validate that content displays correctly, routes to the correct audience, and is available in the intended platform location.

- Supporting content governance and lifecycle management by helping track updates, archival requests, approvals, and content hygiene across both platforms.

- Working in collaboration with Learning Experience Designers (LXDs), program managers, subject matter experts, content owners, and enablement platform administrators to publish new or updated training and content on time.

Key activities include:

- Creating new e-learning activities in Intellum and updating fields such as title, duration, difficulty, cover art, author, code, asset owner, intended audience, topics, tags, summary, and enrollment settings.





- Supporting Intellum learning path publishing by adding existing activities, organizing sections, updating path properties, and applying section or survey settings as required.

- Managing learner-facing details in Intellum so that courses and paths are accurate, complete, and accessible to the correct users or groups.

- Uploading or coordinating uploads of Seismic assets and links into approved library locations and ensuring metadata is complete and accurate before submission for review.

- Working within Seismic publishing workflows to support approvals, revisions, publishing readiness, and post-publish verification.

- Using approved Seismic folders, templates, and sandbox environments to test updates and follow publishing best practices.

- Coordinating with Enablement Platforms or Enablement CoE teammates on requests related to folder structure, approvals, archiving, unpublishing, and content lifecycle management.

- Maintaining documentation, trackers, and status updates for publishing requests, content changes, and platform tasks.

- Troubleshooting basic publishing or content issues and escalating more complex platform issues to the appropriate administrators or platform owners.





What you bring to the team

- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 24 years of experience in LMS administration, content publishing, content operations, learning operations, or a related enablement support role.

- Experience working with learning and content platforms such as Intellum, Seismic, or similar LMS/CMS systems.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established publishing, governance, and metadata standards with accuracy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, SMEs, curriculum developers, and program managers.

- Experience managing structured content fields, metadata, tags, audience settings, and file or version control.

- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize work in a fast-paced workplace.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

- Comfort working within defined processes, approval workflows, and governance models.

- Ability to perform careful QA and identify inconsistencies in content setup, access settings, naming, formatting, and learner experience.

- Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, and operational processes is a plus.

- Familiarity with SCORM publishing, course catalogs, content lifecycle management, and content review workflows is a plus.

- Experience in a sales enablement, learning and development, or content management environment is a strong plus.
