Role Description The System Administrator at Care Infotech is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel. This role involves managing and maintaining desktops, laptops, and servers, ensuring systems are secure, updated, and functioning efficiently.

The System

Administrator will perform daily monitoring, routine maintenance, backup management, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, resolving network connectivity problems, and coordinating with vendors or senior technicians when needed.



The role also requires documenting configurations, maintaining asset inventories, and following established IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong System Administration skills for managing desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills to maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network devices.
- Candidates should possess core Information Technology knowledge, including operating systems, security practices, and backup procedures.
- Relevant experience in on-site IT support or helpdesk environments is beneficial.
