Key Responsibilities

Investor Analysis

· Update the due diligence (DD) report post-syndication process.

Deal Analysis

· Evaluate investment opportunities by reviewing financial statements, business plans, market research, and other relevant data.· Analyze deal terms and conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess risks and opportunities.

Coaching on Funding Tactics

· Provide guidance to portfolio companies on effective funding strategies and tactics.· Share best practices on how to attract and secure investments.· Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to refine pitches and investor presentations.

Follow-Up Support:

· Assist companies with follow-up communications for investors who have expressed interest but haven't responded.· Develop and implement strategies to engage and maintain interest from potential investors.

Ongoing Communication and Updates





· Track and report on funding progress through regular communication with portfolio companies.· Provide timely updates to stakeholders on funding rounds and milestones.· Prepare and distribute reports and presentations summarizing funding activities and outcomes.

Relationship Management

· Build and nurture strong relationships with syndication partners, investors, and stakeholders.· Ensure high satisfaction and engagement among all parties involved in the syndication and funding process.· Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the network.

Communication Facilitation

· Ensure timely and explicit communication across all parties.· Organize and manage meetings, calls, and other communication channels to keep everyone informed and engaged.

Deep Dive Support for Public Investor Calls:

· Assist companies in preparing for public investor calls, including script development, presentation materials, and Q&A; preparation.· Provide real-time support during calls, including technical assistance, moderating questions, and ensuring smooth communication. Conduct post-call analysis, offering feedback to companies on performance and areas for improvement.
