Role: Operations & Supply Chain Lead

HEIR is a fragrance house for a new generation of luxury consumers. Built around global craftsmanship and collectible design, we collaborate with internationally acclaimed perfumers and production partners across Europe and Asia. Backed by leading consumer founders and operators including Niraj Singh (Spinny), Kishore Biyani (Future Group), Arjun Vaidya (V3 Ventures), and Sangeet Agrawal (Mokobara), among others, we are building a global brand focused on quality and long term growth.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Lead to build and manage our end-to-end operational infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

- Inventory planning, forecasting & stock reconciliation
- Warehouse & 3PL management




- OMS/WMS oversight ensuring stock accuracy and seamless inventory movement
- Production timeline tracking
- Courier & fulfilment management
- Import coordination & documentation
- Logistics cost control & process optimisation

Qualifications

- 2–5 years experience in D2C / beauty / lifestyle brands
- Hands-on experience with 3PL warehouses & logistics partners
- Experience with WMS/OMS platforms (Unicommerce, EasyEcom, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience managing live inventory cycles
- High ownership mindset with solid attention to detail

This is a foundational role with long-term growth potential as the brand scales.
