Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position oversees the end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and coordination with warehousing and distribution teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing demand forecasts, aligning supply plans, monitoring inventory levels, optimizing replenishment cycles, and ensuring timely availability of materials and finished goods. The role requires close collaboration with vendors, internal stakeholders,



and logistics partners to manage costs, reduce risks, and improve service levels.

The Supply Chain

Manager will also track key performance indicators, identify process improvements, and support strategic decisions that enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong demand planning and forecasting skills to align supply with business needs.
- Proficiency in supply management and procurement to manage vendors, contracts, and material flow.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; prior experience in logistics or distribution is an advantage.
