Role Description The individual would be responsible to manage gas box and gas delivery components supplier engineering activities by working closely with suppliers, Engineering and supply chain teams in US and Asia region

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job

· Solid understanding of GD&T;, metallurgy, powder coating and welding techniques

· Proven hands-on capability in gas box, gas delivery components and testing, including complex assembly build, leak testing, automated welding, weld metallurgy, and integration testing.

. Strong technical understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including MFCs, pressure regulators, valves, sensors .

. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, orbital welding, fabrication, assembly, electropolishing, cleaning, and testing

· Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R;, MSA), 5-Why, 6S/7W,



t/F tests, box plots, 8D, Ishikawa diagrams

· Experience in Project Management, team lead experience, supplier process development, quality & project management

· Experience in Supplier Process development, Quality management & handling suppliers from remote location

· Proficient in Structured Problem-solving tools (8D Problem solving, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, DOE etc.).

· Excellent communication and presentation skill

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s engineering degree in Mech/Prod/Industrial/Aerospace

Years of Experience:

Minimum 5-9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
