Role & responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day jewellery store operations.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure proper display, presentation, and cleanliness of jewellery products.
- Monitor stock movement, inventory, and jewellery security as per company policies.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor sales conversion, average bill value, and individual sales performance.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, and adherence to store procedures.




- Support the team in follow-ups with customers and generate repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security standards, and audit requirements.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching to improve sales performance.

Strong sales and team-handling skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer relationship management

Good knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
