The firm also supports customers with solution design and implementation, strategic review of cloud deployments, and people and change management initiatives, enabling organizations to manage their people as a strategic asset.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SuccessFactors Consultant role based in Delhi. The consultant will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and configure relevant modules in line with business needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include system configuration, data mapping, testing, and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors and other cloud or on-premise applications. The role involves preparing documentation, conducting user training and workshops, and providing post-go-live support and ongoing optimization of HR processes. The consultant will collaborate with internal and client stakeholders,



contribute to project planning and status reporting, and help identify opportunities to enhance solution usability and adoption.

Qualifications

- Solid SAP SuccessFactors skills across one or more modules (such as Employee Central, Talent Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation) and hands-on experience in solution configuration.
- Experience in Human Capital Management domains, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and compensation management.
- Skills in solution design and implementation, requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).
- Knowledge of cloud-based application integration, data migration, and basic understanding of HRIS architectures and related technologies.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, support people and change management activities, and facilitate user training and workshops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field; relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in consulting or implementation projects, preferably with cloud-based HR solutions.
