Role Description The Student Recruitment Partner is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting prospective students through the end-to-end process of studying abroad. This role involves engaging with inquiries, conducting online counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, and recommending suitable programs and universities.

The Student Recruitment

Partner will coordinate application and documentation processes, provide guidance on visas and scholarships, and prepare students for admission deadlines and pre-departure requirements. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, nurturing relationships with university partners, organizing virtual information sessions or webinars, and ensuring all interactions reflect Centrum Edu’s commitment to ethical and student-centric counseling.

Qualifications

- Student counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to assess academic profiles and recommend appropriate programs and destinations.
- Experience with admissions processes, including application documentation, SOP guidance, and familiarity with scholarship and visa requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in conducting remote consultations via email, phone, and video platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple student cases, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, such as CRM systems, collaborative tools, and basic office software (Word, Excel, presentations).
- Knowledge of international higher education systems, particularly in Germany, Europe, the UK, and Australia, or willingness to quickly learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or international studies is an advantage.
- Prior experience in student recruitment, study abroad counseling, or education consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
