About the Role

Rediff Academy, a reputed coaching institute for government and competitive examinations, is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team in Karnal.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-friendly approach, and the ability to understand students' career goals and guide them toward the right competitive exam preparation program.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding competitive examination courses.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, batches, fees, schedules, and study programs.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.




- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Maintain proper records of counselling, follow-ups, and admissions.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality.
- Positive interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of competitive examinations such as SSC, Banking, Haryana CET, Railways, and other government exams will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
