Minimum Qualification

- BE

The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following:

- End to end responsibilities for the successful delivery of structural steel works.
- Co-ordination all works with the Project team from initial planning through final construction.
- Schedule of approvals & Certification - Vendor, Shop drawings, Materials, Methodology, Mock Up and Execution.
- Setting up work procedures, Check lists, protocols, resolving discrepancies.
- Representation of project meetings, attendance at pre-construction, pre-fabrication and construction meetings.
- Review of contractor submittals including QC plans, supervision and general direction of the team assigned, conducting audits / interviews / inspections of material suppliers to document their ability to produce the required quality of material.
- Interfacing,



networking & coordinating with related trades & services.
- Material management - Procurement & Reconciliation.
- Adhere and insist on Safety and all Quality targets set.
- Target on innovations, avoid reworks & revisits, wastage control, Positive housekeeping.
- Monitoring and tracking of activities in a sequential stage as per the schedule and highlighting the backlogs, if any. Holding and attending review meetings.
- Read and understand building codes, construction specifications and drawings. Inputs to Planning dept. on Revisions, changes affecting Cost & Time schedule, trouble shooting the critical needs.
- Handing over, contract closure formalities and documentation of vital records.
