Job Title: Structural Design Engineer / Junior Engineer / Trainee

Pentalpha Engineering Consultants and Contractors is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our Structural Design team. The candidate will be involved in structural analysis, design, drafting, detailing, and project coordination for RCC and Steel structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural analysis and design calculations for RCC and Steel structures.
- Develop structural drawings and detailing using AutoCAD.
- Perform structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and related software.
- Assist in designing foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and industrial structures.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site engineers.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes and project requirements.
- Prepare design reports, BOQs, and project documentation.




- Provide technical support to project teams during execution.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of ETABS and STAAD.Pro.
- Knowledge of RCC and Steel Design concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
